Description: Celtic Springs (Newport, South Wales), 54,000 square feet of office space

This project incorporated a wide variety of internal and external areas that required complex techniques to achieve. Specifically, the bridge and fountain/moat area which required waterproof adhesives and had to be fixed in extremely wet conditions.

A Welsh calibrated riven slate was used throughout the external areas as well as internally for large circular areas of slate over 3 floors.

  • 120msq of slate for the bridge area.
  • 90m of skirting around bridge and fountain (inner and outer lip).
  • Over 100msq of internal slate.
  • 6 WC and shower areas over multiple floors.
